You will be absolutely delighted to vacation at this remarkable luxury vacation home on Summerland Key. This multimillion dollar home has only the best to offer. The kitchen is a chef‘s dream with top of the line stainless appliances, cook top, built in ovens and gorgeous stone countertops.
The living room is expertly decorated with soaring ceiling, large screen TV and plenty of room for everyone to gather. Double French doors open up to the large porch overlooking the tropical landscaping and glorious heated pool.
Enjoy entertaining in the formal dining room with beautiful 8 seat rattan table. This home has two large and spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and beautiful hardwood floors through out.
The master suite is located the 3rd floor with an adjacent sitting room. This area is decorated in soothing colors with roomy and comfortable furniture. It offers additional sleeping with a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair and a great mini bar to store cold drinks and snacks. The master bath has large walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. Access all 3 outside 3rd floor decks from either the sitting room or master bedroom. The large roof top decks are great for evening stargazing and tantalizing sunsets.
The superior boating affords deep water access with over 4' draft. Spend hours of great fishing and diving in the famous Florida Keys waters. All and all a one of a time vacation will be yours!

Payment Policies: Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.
All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent. Our rentals require payment of 2 utility bills: Electric and Water. Utility charges are deducted from your deposit. Please read all of the information presented about our utility and deposit policies. You will also be presented with a detailed break-down of your utility charges upon return of your deposit.
Utility charges are prorated and based on EXACTLY how many days you occupied the property. Because we base your charges on the EXACT charges submitted to the owner's of the property, we are not able to return your deposit funds until those bills have been generated. This is why we allow 45 days for the return of your deposit.
Cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of thearrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office one week prior to your arrival to confirm your specific check-in procedures. At that time, departure procedures will also be discussed.
