Deposits: $250 Reservation Deposit within 5 days of booking
Payment Policies: Reservation Deposit converts to part of the refundable $500 Security Deposit upon arrival. Advance payment equal to 50% of rental rate is due 60 days prior to arrival. The balance of rent and security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival THE ENTIRE RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.
Cancellations: Daily or weekly reservation that are concelled more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of arrival date, forfeit the FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT AND RESERVATION DEPOSIT. Monthly renters must cancel a minimum of 120 days prior to arrival and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must do so at least 90 days prior to check in. Monthly cancellations that are made within 60 days of arrival forfeit the FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT AND RESERVATION DEPOSIT. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Arrival/Departure: Check in 3:00pm on day of arrival. No early check ins please. Check out by 12 noon on day of departure. No late check outs please.
